Conduct detailed security planning for scheduled events and publish instructions, directives and operating procedures in order to meet the security requirements for the track and its related activities. Coordinates across the management team of VIR to ensure that security supports the activities of VIR, VIR Resort and tenant organizations. Maintain Database files to track security incidents on the facility and prepare reports as required for the Management Team and Ownership Group. Interacts with local law enforcement agencies for support during events on and off of the facility. Responsible for administration, training and scheduling of 22 employees divided into two shifts, day and night. The direct point of contact between the instructors/students and all of the TOG support system in place at each training facility in the areas of operations, administration, security, bio’s and logistics. Is also responsible for coordination with Prime Contractor LNO who is assigned at their training facility. Ensures that all documentation for classes is completed prior to the graduation of a class. This includes but is not limited to; sign in sheets, Digital Training Records for Knowledge, Performance and Attitude (KPA’s), counseling, weapons score sheets, Physical Efficiency Battery (PEB) score sheets and any other paperwork associated with the course.
