  Part of small team embedded directly in the Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG), providing operational and tactical advice to senior officials, and actively supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plan via transformational change, including strategic positioning and organisational redesign. Successfully implemented a new Information Management System (IM) for British personnel operating in SANG and appointed as a member of policy committees to offer guidance on changes, while simultaneously designing a multi-year training programme to meet specific needs.
