I have worked and lived in Shanghai over a period of 8 months to open the restaurants P.F. Chang's and Jones the Grocer for the first time in China and to support the opening of multiple other international F&B brands (proprietary and non-proprietary).

Denpasar Area, Bali, Indonesia I worked in close relation with the General manager of Indonesia to support the start-up of the new Indonesia division of HMSHost situated in Bali, Denpasar. I was closely involved on the development of several food & beverage concepts and had the pleasure to contribute my passion for food & beverage to the team. During my time the company has grown from 4 to 400 employees and has shown tremendous improvements in several divisions of the daily operation.
