Lawlinguists is the first and only international network made up exclusively of lawyers from all parts of the world that cooperate to offer legal translation services.The following activities covered roughly 75% of the weekly working hours.⦁ Provided multinational companies and law firms with legal services (mainly translation, sworn translation and consulate or embassy legalization) ancillary to documents part of international matters (such as contracts, opinions, agreements, judgments, briefs).⦁ Managed internal projects according to the macro-areas of the internal project management work stream (comprising all five groups of the Project Management Process Groups and the PM squared methodology), ranging from customisation of quotes, outsourcing of workloads and managing of stakeholders concerns and changes, to consistent and timely delivery of final documents, alongside post-delivery satisfaction inquiries⦁ Most relevant projects concerned the energy sector (oil&gas - OPL 245, solar feed in tariff regime), environmental management (waste management procurement in Turin), competition law cases (notably antitrust in the automotive and finance industry), as well as GDPR-related. ⦁ I have mainly handled projects focused on environmental and energy law and economic and financial analysis, which involved my working languages (Italian, English, Spanish, Chinese), to support the team in the assessment of the underlying economics and terminology. The following activity covered roughly 35% of the weekly working hours.⦁ Handled projects assigned by the European Court of Justice within the outsourcing framework contract granted to the company.
