Eunice Sorrell

TJ was an outstanding leader who provided vision and leadership as the Commander for the United States Military Observers' Group, in coordination with the United Nations. He expertly managed our multi-faceted mission, spanning over eight coutries across three continents. His natural ability to leverage his myriad of networks and interaction with key points of contacts enabled our team of Military Observers to work through many critical challenges. TJ empowered his staff to perform our jobs with very little interference and limitations. This was highly due to his desire and willingness to invest in subordinates' careers. Our success, was his success. I would work for TJ again if given the opportunity. He is a true visionary, leader, and mentor.

Hugh Van Roosen

TJ is one of those rare people who is highly motivated and eminently capable. He managed military officers assigned to United Nations peacekeeping missions in some of the most challenging environments in the world, and was additionally responsible for their training, conduct and safety. He met with and very successfully negotiated international agreements with diplomats and government officials. This is someone you want on your team if your standards and the stakes are high.
