Maintain blanket purchase agreement receiving reports and government purchase card reconciliation reports for a 5 year period. Assists in the drafting of business plans, executive summaries, and new section polices that have a completion date and an implementation deadline. Negotiates with new vendors on pricing, shipping fees, military discounts, and any retail programs available at the time of negotiation.
