I am pursuing my PhD at the "Technology Innovations in Therapies and Imaging" graduate school affiliated with the Medical Faculty of OVUG and in cooperation with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery of Prof. Dr. med. Christoph H. Lohmann. My research focus on the utilization of acoustic emission sensing and subsequent signal processing in orthopaedics. I am particularly interested in non-invasive monitoring of the knee joint (vibroarthrography) as well as navigation and characterization of tissue-tool-interaction in arthroscopic surgery. Show less
