  Perform traffic engineering reviews, studies and analysis for various engineering designs. NJTA representative to CAIT Rutgers. Responsible for being the Authority representative discussing construction safety issues in the State of New Jersey. NJTA instructor for the CAIT Traffic Control Coordinator course spanning 4 days. Perform review of field scenarios as it affects traffic on the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, and connecting roadways. Responsible for the approval of all scheduled and emergency lane closings on the New Jersey Turnpike. Work directly with New Jersey State Police Troop D Construction Units (Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike) to properly schedule construction activities, maintain safety for the benefit of workers and patrons of both roadways, and enforce necessary traffic regulations with respect to the installation of Maintenance and Protection of Traffic. Incident management and response to numerous issues, including but not limited to, major accidents, weather (snow, hurricane, earthquake), roadway failures, etc.
