Tom is truly special and would be an asset to any team. I had the privilege to lead Tom at Vital Proteins when he transitioned his career into sales. Tom's passion, eagerness and curiosity to learn set him apart from day one. This energy and enthusiasm for growth didn't waver with time. Tom continued asking the questions, fostering strong connections both internally and externally and diving into the layers of the business to build mutually beneficial growth strategies for both parties. Above all, what I admire about Tom is his ability to bring the team together. He was passionate about the culture of our team and it showed in each team meeting.
