I had the pleasure of experiencing, first hand, Tom's leadership and positive feedback periodically in my capacity as a Senior Project Administrator for URS Columbia. His encyclopedic knowledge of engineering and construction is second to none! Like most great leaders, he really makes you want to impress him with excellence and attention to detail and your overall thought process! His achievements are commendable. His passion for the industry is unbridled. As such, I highly recommend Thomas K. Smith!
