Supervises the human resources department, substitute management and other programs or staff as assigned Performs labor relations, bargaining with the bargaining units and administers all collective bargaining agreements with recognized employee groups of the district and interprets negotiated agreements with employees. Administers and manages employee benefit programs and serves as a resource person regarding the districts health, dental, disability, life insurance, vision, optional retirement plans and all forms of leave of absence.
