Having been Thomas' line manager for a significant period of time I can strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a motivated and skilled Cost Engineer. Thomas has a reputation for having the skill sand personality to work with Project Managers to, understand: cost trends, project risk and opportunity, links to schedule and on the ground truth to not only create reliable and robust cost engineering deliverables, but to also influence the project outcomes for the better. Thomas was well like and respected member of the team always approachable and keen to help mentor less experienced Cost Engineers. I would be happy to have a conversation with anybody considering employing Thomas to discuss his time in my team. Scott Hellewell

Tom is an extremely capable, friendly and hard working individual. I worked with Tom very early in his career, he carried out his work with great attention to detail and learned very quickly on job. He was highly adapt at turning his hand to anything thrown his way. Tom has great interpersonnel skills and I am sure this coupled with his aforementioned traits will stand him in good stead for his future career.
