My main responsibility was to complete any requests and answer any questions sent to the FAVS Admin inbox. Mostly completed on Workday. Tasks included: Invoicing, Credit Notes, Time Keeping and Closing Bills I was able to learn the job and complete it to a good standard within only two weeks of starting the job due to my colleague I was covering for going on maternity leave. I worked with both HR and IT to make sure New Joiners were fully equipped to begin their job on their start date. Show less

My main duty was to keep track of the rotation of stock to make sure as many products were sold as possible. During these checks I would need to take care and attention with checking codes of the products to reduce waste of the department. I would also maintain the tidiness and organisation of the shop floor as well as the warehouse so that everyone would be able to work smoothly. There were multiple times where I was left in charge of the department at times of staff absences or holidays. Which meant that I would oversee the day-to-day running of the department, including the management of colleagues, as well as carrying out my normal responsibilities. Show less
