• Worked within solid team including developers and CTO. Member of organisation steering group. • Responsible for IT infrastructure that underpinned the daily operation of Crossroads’ activities, including desktop support, helpdesk, systems development and administration. Supported infrastructure included the UN Business Action Hub (business.un.org). • Responsible for refurbishment operations which saw over 1,700 computers processed annually. Improvements to systems and processes resulted in significant increase in monthly processing capacity. Computers were provided to non-profit organisations and to those in need both locally in Hong Kong and internationally. Managed a team of both full time and volunteer staff. Led individual and corporate volunteering events as part of broader corporate CSR activities. • In consultation with creative team, designed and developed complex audio visual systems that underpinned experiential learning activities that have seen over 150,000 participations.
