• Worked within solid team including developers and CTO. Member of organisation steering group. • Responsible for IT infrastructure that underpinned the daily operation of Crossroads’ activities, including desktop support, helpdesk, systems development and administration. Supported infrastructure included the UN Business Action Hub (business.un.org). • Responsible for refurbishment operations which saw over 1,700 computers processed annually. Improvements to systems and processes resulted in significant increase in monthly processing capacity. Computers were provided to non-profit organisations and to those in need both locally in Hong Kong and internationally. Managed a team of both full time and volunteer staff. Led individual and corporate volunteering events as part of broader corporate CSR activities. • In consultation with creative team, designed and developed complex audio visual systems that underpinned experiential learning activities that have seen over 150,000 participations. Responsible for the technology aspects of offsite experiences such as at the World Economic Forum. • In consultation with site operations team designed and oversaw electrical works across Hong Kong site. • Assisted in liaising with major technological donors to provide equipment, software and services that allowed technology infrastructure upgrade of organisation. • Responsible for the negotiation of contracts and purchasing bringing significant savings reducing demand on valuable donor finances.
