Alistair Dick
When Tom joined the Projects team, it was immediately evident that he was eager to learn, ask questions and develop as a consultant. He also took great pleasure in sharing that knowledge and experience with other consultants. He takes great pride in providing the best possible advice to the client. This was evident with his thoughtful and detailed report writing, and thorough site inspections. He was able to build relationships with clients during projects and I believe that Tom’s work was often a key factor in them returning to us with subsequent work. Tom is the sort of person that brings people together. I think this was best exemplified when he was asked to be part of the Groundsure Customer Day Team. This involved arranging for members of staff to visit customer offices to gain insight in how they work and how Groundsure could serve them better. Tom really thrived in this role, driving the project forward to such an extent that record numbers of Groundsurers were able to have great experiences visiting clients. All the best in the future, keep in touch!

Tom joined Groundsure Consultancy team, which I used to manage, in 2016 and quickly became a valuable member of the team. He expertly filled the role of environmental consultant, through his diligence and expertise in environmental matters as well as great customer service skills. Above all, I was impressed with Tom’s ability to juggle various projects at the same time as the role often required switching priorities and provide environmental opinion at short notice. Tom was able to handle work demands effortlessly. His professionalism, can-do attitude and experience ranging from environmental due diligence to project management makes him a great asset to any team.
