Developed strategy for Command-wide training program process in order to determine gaps in operational task training and execution for each Directorate’s mission areas. Provided a system for tracking mission-related training and certification using existing system. The benefits of this training program process include: identifying linkages between shortfalls and mission accomplishment; providing continuity in case of personnel loss or transfer; aiding in writing service member or civilian performance reports; and providing data to support YTB development. Tasks include publishing and annually reviewing the governing directive for US Strategic Command’s Training Program. Responsible for establishing and publishing a standard format for USSTRATCOM training plans. Providing assistance to Directorates and Components in establishing or revising their training plans and programs to include tasks, measures of effectiveness, certification requirements, sustainment training, and recertification requirements for all assigned personnel. Responsible for developing and maintaining a repository of all training plans used in the command.
