Developed strategy for Command-wide training program process in order to determine gaps in operational task training and execution for each Directorate’s mission areas. Provided a system for tracking mission-related training and certification using existing system. The benefits of this training program process include: identifying linkages between shortfalls and mission accomplishment; providing continuity in case of personnel loss or transfer; aiding in writing service member or civilian performance reports; and providing data to support YTB development. Tasks include publishing and annually reviewing the governing directive for US Strategic Command’s Training Program.
