Inspection & Witnessing of Fire and Life Safety systems as per Civil Defense requirements. Identifying the non-compliant code items during the inspection and detailing the concepts to client / contractors in aspects of codes and standards. Preparation of Inspection Finding Report for the inspected facilities and conducting the re-inspection after attaining the compliance reports from the clients. Liaise with Civil Defense officials and the client in order to ensure smooth handing over of the facility. Key Responsibilities: Working individually with Civil Defense, Architects / Engineering professionals and Clients. Monitoring the payment status under each level. Client Coordination from enquiry level up-to handing over the project. Project management and business development required in fulfillment of job responsibilities.
