Notable Achievements: • Successfully integrated the purchase of a small software company into Kahua. • Launched rollout of the expense reporting tool Expensify. The tool has been positively accepted and has dramatically improved the processing of expense reports. • Worked with External Accountants in the preparation of the annual R&D Tax Credit Study. The study has produced significant tax credits that reduce the payroll withholding tax due to the State of Georgia. • Assisted with the preparation and processing of Kahua’s recently closed Series B Preferred Stock offering for growth capital.
