Responsible for the direct oversight of the 3PL and ensuring activities and expenses comply with the 3PL Statement of Work while acting as Michael Kors onsite management representative. I am responsible for providing sales demand guidance, reviewing production plans: monitoring production performance for both fulfillment and outbound transportation, evaluating service level agreement compliance, and ensuring the integrity of the inventory asset located at the 3PL facility.
