I worked together with Thomas for 3 years at Mckinsey Louvain-la-Neuve. Thomas was the chef of the restaurant and I worked with him with greath pleasure. The employees of Mckinsey loved the quality Thomas produced and in the different internal surveys he always scored 9 or higher. Besides the kitchen work, Thomas independently managed the location for the Vermaat group. He did the local purchasing and with our Dutch suppliers, he did all the administration and financial reporting and he managed the kitchen team in training, inspiration and evaluation. Our client at Mckinsey was always very happy with the collabaration with Thomas.
