  SEMS Lead: Anadarko’s Integrated Management System provides a structured mechanism to enable Anadarko to manage its operations in a healthy, safe and environmentally responsible manner. It establishes a common set of objectives and expectations and provides a structure to organize processes, programs and procedures that enable Anadarko to carry out these objectives and expectations. The SEMS Lead is responsible for assisting the operating staff on a facility to comply with the objectives and expectations, and to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of execution. The SEMS Lead reports directly to the Foreman/ OIM of a facility. The SEMS Lead is a full-time rotational position on each of Anadarko’s offshore facilities. Show less
