Tom is a dedicated, hard working and innovative engineer who is highly respected and admired by everyone who has had the pleasure of working with him. Tom can lead a complex project with both strong business acumen and focus required to achieve the intended goal. I hope to have the opportunity to cross paths with Tom again in the future.

Ted Chun

I worked with Tom for over 7 years, first at Symyx Technologies and then at Freeslate. Tom is an excellent design engineer and manager who leads his team with his depth of knowledge and a personal understanding of situational needs. Tom was an excellent co-worker who is a great team player and worked and lead many very successful cross functional teams. I have seen Tom lead RFP teams and turn low probability of success opportunities into winning proposals. Tom is an excellent engineer with even stronger business skills. Tom would be a great addition to any company looking for a senior level business engineer and business executive.
