Tommy has been a marketing intern with the Wright Foundation for a while and has been a very helpful part of the team. Whereas most interns keep their head down, do the work, and then leave, I have found Tommy to be very engaged in his work and I hope he stays for a while! He consistently shares his opinions in a respectful way, works quickly and responsively, and is thoughtful about what we ask him to do and if it is aligned with the results we are looking for. He will often come up with a recommendation that is outside my realm of experience instead.
