The main duties and responsibilities includes the following, but not limited to the list: Identifying HS&E training and development needs on the Project through job analysis Schedule look-aheads and regular consultation with area managers and members of other departments.  Design and develop learning and development sessions plan and design training and development sessions, which satisfy clearly defined learning needs of the project and include appropriate learning methods. Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties on the project, such as line managers and senior managers. Producing training materials for courses. Managing the delivery of HS&E training and devising a training strategy for the project. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with supervisors. Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met. Evaluating subcontractors training and development programs. Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
