Working for Thomas has been a pleasure. He has been my manager for the past 2 years. He has a very cooperative style of management where he can make all team members feel as if they are active participants shaping the priorities of the team and working on issues together. This has had a significant positive effect on team morale. It is also clear that Thomas is able negotiate well with other managers throughout the organisation, prioritising projects and BAU initiatives while ensuring his staff have enough time and resources to complete tasks on time. Thomas is also proactive in finding opportunities for development for his staff. I personally wanted an opportunity to work within client facing projects. Thomas proactively went and found an opportunity for me within the organisation. I felt that was a great example of Thomas going beyond what would normally be expected of a manager for the betterment for his staff.
