I worked alongside Tom for 2 days at an exhibition very recently. Whilst liaising with him in the lead up to the event, I found his communication and organisation was excellent. I received a very full brief of the requirements and how they were to be achieved. On arriving to set up ahead of the exhibition opening, I found Tom with colleagues that had a lot more experience within the company than he had, yet he himself was leading the team on building their stand. Again he communicated clear instructions to achieve the desired objectives. During the exhibition itself, Tom was very industrious and engaging with prospective clients for the company. His marketing plan ensured that their stand was completely different to other exhibitors. I heard many delegates over both days expressing what a great idea they thought it was. Tom was also reflecting on how things could be improved on their stand in future exhibitions and was already noting down ideas for future exhibitions. A really hard worker who was always looking to improve the marketing of the business.
