Coordinate with Academic Department Chairs and Lead Faculty to determine the professional development needs of adjunct faculty. Implement and support the adjunct faculty certification process. Maintain adjunct faculty website, handbook, and print materials for training and orientations. Oversee adjunct evaluation process and maintain records. Assist HR in maintaining proper communication, documentation, and follow-up to ensure compliance with contractual agreements. Evaluating existing policies and practices with stakeholders and make improvements as needed.
