Tom has successfully completed USPAP studies with the Appraisers Association of America. He is very interested and well-versed in the conservation methodology of art and antiques as well as forensic sciences, which jointly prove very useful in making damage determinations. Tom served as the President of Enservio Select until the completion of his 4-year merger commitment. He then stepped down as President of Select in 2012 to launch Contents Consulting.
