Throughout my time in uniform, Thomas Kershul ranks in the handful of leaders that are the epitome of military service. His unselfish approach and ability to listen was unmatched in any direct supervisor I have had before or since. A true master of his craft, he is not removed by position or rank, but side-by-side. I can’t say enough about Thomas Kershul and he will surely run out of road before he runs out of talent. I can only think of one shortfall, we don’t have enough people like him in the world.

Ian Thomson

Thomas is a consummate leader that has mastered the balance between demanding execution and personable approachability.
