Stakeholder engagement & Capacity Building: Leading correspondence with stakeholders, and enhancement of capacities for water utilities and local governments, with a specific focus on sustainable waste management projects. Monitoring and Evaluation: Executing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) initiatives, encompassing situational analysis, identifying gaps, assessing needs, establishing baselines, and conducting mid-term and terminal monitoring and evaluation, all designed to monitor advancement and evaluate the impact of WASH undertakings.
