  General responsibilities at the Jerde Partnership (JERDE) consisted of two disciplines: the development and maintenance of the firm's international IT system and the development of the firm's sustainable design practice. IT system activities included the development of digital office standards for CAD, 3-D Visualization, general office/project documentation and firm presentations for all firm disciplines and departments--Urban Design, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Business Development and Accounting. Other responsibilities included evaluating, procuring, installing and maintaining all office systems--network servers and workstations, 3-D Visualization technology, telecommunications, data exchange systems, security and video conferencing systems. Sustainable Design practice responsibilities included the creation of the firm's "Green Team" comprising of the firm's leading designers which later became the E3 team (Experience, Energy, Environment) and the development of internal workshops tailored to create sustainable projects. Established our sustainable design strategies and the creation of the firm's sustainable design marketing materials. I created the framework and library system allowing full firm access to sustainable design materials--project charrettes, sustainable audits, bioclimatic charts, USGBC LEED rating information, and project examples.
