  Wrote ETL (Pentaho Kettle) code to parse several-hundred-megabyte-large fixed width text and XML files containing millions of data records sent from third-party sources and then standardize their data. This entailed writing SQL queries and PL/SQL functions (for Oracle and PostgreSQL), creating/modifying DB tables to store input data, and using Core Java or basic JavaScript code (as supported by Kettle) for specific transformation steps.
