Although I had to step back for a while as life started again, I have not forgotten what helped get me through lockdown. The relaxed atmosphere, with a menu filled with french twists has been a popluar stapple with the local community and the surrounding areas. I have been with the Sun Inn team for the last year, during my time there we have had great success with the development of the local community along with becoming a staple hub of the Chobahm locals.

On the Second leg of my Australian Travels I moved into the heart of the kimberlies, at the famous El Questro Preserve. The 750,000 square acre preserve hosted a buzzing tourist destination featuring a aray of camping styles all the way up to luxurious Rooms at a exclusive cabin in the heart of the wild. At the site I worked in The steak House bar and grill. A public restaurant that hosted a array of kimberley produce and warm service. The site is open seasonally, so during my role i helped in the set up of the site, day to day operations of the restaurant and the stock control of the Front of House liquor.

I spent 5 months while travelling Australia working at the World renound Lizard Island Resort. An exclusive resort for 80 guests including stunning food, amazing wine and a view that take your breath away. The role was guest orientate focusing on excellent table side manner and spotless attention to detail. It was a very high calibre of hospitality which has given myself a great insight into luxuray resort management.
