  I am working in a second evening position as Staff Broadcast Engineer with the company I started with. Currently, I'm involved with designing and building encoding solutions for archival tape formats. I am also responsible for maintaining the old Videotape machines that we use in the process of encoding. We are using 3/4", Betacam, open reel 1" and 2" quad machines, open reel EIAJ, and several digital format cassette machines.
