Jørgen Bidstrup

I had the privilege to report directly to Thomas when I started in Otis as an account manager and he was my Sales Manager. Later I took over his position when he was appointed to Field Operation Manager and later on Managing Director. Working closely together with Thomas on several larger tenders, I learned that Thomas has a very sharp mind, is very good at numbers, and have the ability to challenge data. He is always focused on performance and is a very strong executive with a strategic mindset. I can highly recommend his strategic and executive abilities.

Sauli Mäntylä

During my career as MD, Otis Finland I worked closely with Thomas. Under leadership of Thomas Otis Denmark became one of the benchmark countries in Europe. Thomas is very engaged and passionate person who can see business opportunities from many perspectives. He has strong background delivering great results (P&L) in service and project business in very challenging multi cultural business environment. Co operation with him was always very smooth since he is very approachable and appreciated leader. I can highly recommend him to all top management positions.
