When I am prompted to think about business strategy, coordination and organisation, the first person that comes to mind is Tom. It takes immense skills to navigate complex organisational change yet Tom seems to thrive off of a challenge. He takes on projects wholly and dedicates himself 100% to achieving ambitious and sometimes seemingly impossible targets in very short time frames. His knowledge on business managenent and strategy is impressive and this is coupled with strong personal and leadership skills. He would without a doubt be an extremely valueable asset to any organisation and I would highly recommend him for any senior management position.
