      Independent contractor specializing in Investigations and Asset Management, including experience with Facilities. Investigation Professional Responsibilities included physically inspection of targeted bank officers and personnel desks and offices for loan files and sensitive information. After the initial take-over, we would work with other FDIC departments to assist with any facility function. Finishing up the job we would ship out files, equipment and turn over the facility to the remaining FDIC personnel or any bank personnel that took over the facility. Asset Professional Responsibilities included analyzing and re-valuating loans files that the FDIC has taken control over. This included re-underwriting the loan files, contacting the customers, ordering new appraisals, income determination and establishing the value of the loan.
