      Sales manager with personel responsibility aswell as department budget responsibility. Job was to make the best results of cource but also to build a workplace where people wanted to work. The structure was trying to find the balance between strickt and the freedom to those who proved they would handle it. 2012-2014 was dedicated to one departement but 2015-2017 i had responsibility for the whole salesde partment in Tønsberg (Cources-services/Software and Tracking device department) that reached to be 25 sales representatives at the most. 2018-2019 was the opportunity to start a departement for sales to new customers outside of "target market".
