    • Lead Technical Support Engineer
      • Apr 2018 - Jun 2019

As a Team Leader for the Technical Support Team, I make sure that every member of the team can get the job done on a daily basis. I use the knowledge acquired in the past years to help my colleagues overcome technical and methodological challenges met by our customers. With the team goal to increase efficiency, I make sure that:- Salesforce works as expected and has the tools we need- the internal and external content is available and updated- the process in place is respected and adapted to facilitate our work- the communication within the team and with R&D, Sales, Production and Repair teams is as efficient as possibleIn such a way, we can improve our daily work and find better solutions for our customers.Along to that, I am regularly giving customer and internal training about eye tracking, research methodology and Tobii eye trackers.

    • Technical Support Engineer
      • Apr 2016 - Apr 2018

Together with a very international team, my main responsibilities are ticket handling, remote and on-site troubleshooting on both hardware and software as well as spreading the knowledge about eye tracking both in French and English. Getting to understand and satisfy customers from different countries and different cultures is a daily challenge in a very dynamic and changing environment. But it is a strongly self-building experience.Along to that, I received enough knowledge about eye tracking to become a certified trainer and occasionally give trainings around the world. I am also participating in many different costumers' projects from small software development to innovative hardware setups or giving simple insights about eye tracking. The main goal remains to satisfy the costumers and create a strong and lasting trust relationship.

Title: Statistical Analysis of Equalization Enhanced Phase Noise in Coherent Fiber Optical CommunicationsKTH Contact: Ben Slimane (slimane@kth.se)Acreo Contact: Gunnar Jacobsen (gunnar.jacobsen@acreo.se)Description:The aim of this thesis work is to investigate the phase noise influence for a number of multi-level modulation methods and its impact on coherent optical communications. The objective is to investigate if the laser phase noise influence can be directly compensated by suitable DSP techniques which are adopted from the equivalent radio frequency counterparts.

Title: Elevator positioning and monitoring systemsContact: Dr Isaac Skog (isaac.skog@ee.kth.se)Description:I developed an Android application to detect the position of an elevator-car using the low-cost sensors (accelerometers) of a smart-phone. The algorithm was based on the implementation of Kalman filters and the SLAM algorithm. The application included the level-detection, the display of the current level and the speed of the elevator-car and the possibility to tune the settings of the algorithm.
