Negotiation of EoT with associated cost compensation;- In Zambia with Zesco (based on a FIDIC Contract): 330 kV GIS + 132kV GIS + 330K/132KV AIS + Civil (Upgrading existing Substations’ switchgear and associated equipment): Constitution of a dossier with supporting documentation proving that Contractor is bearing various interferences in the performance of the works, thus beyond Contractor’s control and liability; Evidencing that Client is requiring several change orders without formalisation through due Variation Orders thus preventing the modifications to be performed in time. - In Morocco with ONE: Simplification of a complex claims dossier to counter Client’s denial of liability for site perturbation and intention to apply contractual penalties; Presentation of a justified EoT with associated cost compensation request to mitigate risks of LD’s application and to find satisfying agreement.

In charge of following the main contract with Total related to yard pre-fabrication so as to implement the modifications to the multiphase pumping systems of the topsides of the Girassol and Dalia FPSOs. Multiphase pumps enable effluent to be carried away from production wells without prior separation. TotalEnergies uses them on all the new Block 17 developments in Angola as they respond to both the technical challenges and the cost reduction requirements that characterize deep offshore hydrocarbon production. Management of engineering claims based on discrepancies between the FEED and actual detailed engineering, doubling the contract value. Subcontracts management and Procurement assistance in a difficult sourcing context.
