  I created a photography exhibition titled "Not All Injuries Are visible" funded by Welsh Government and associated organisations that I have toured around the UK. This work acts as an educational resource that I present discussing the impact of mental health problems on young people and a presentation for the countless key-note speeches I have given on the same subject to industry proffesionals.   My initial intentions for this role were to fund my college eduction without the need for a student loan or financial support from my parents. But i soon became passionate about learning to lead a team as well as general customer service as it allowed me to meet new people and make many personal and professional connections. I would lead/manage a team of up to 6 people and due to my performance in this role I was awarded team member of the year in my first year.
