  I provided assistance on cleaning up year end issues and setting up the beginning of the 2020 accounting year. I investigated AP invoice discrepancies. I tied invoices to purchase orders and clients budgets. I reconciled their monthly bank statements and investigated credit card charges to their supporting documents and reconciled and entered charges into their accounting system. I assisted their Controller with investigation all 1099 entries to each 1099 contractors. I reviewed all current employee's yearend reviews and bonus documents and created and printed documents for their employee files and to be give to employees. I filed all confidential documents in their each employee file. I straighten out and arranged employee's file info proper placement. I set up all 2020 customer files. Job ended with a excellent job performance recommendations by Controller.
