  Being part of the team from the very start I have played a crucial part in the team's success. Filming and editing all content that was published for the first 2 years of the channel's existence I adapted very quickly to working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work. Fast forward a few years I now manage the video team with the main remit to shape the creative output across all channels both internal and brand facing.
