  Tom is a mortgage broker who can arrange financing for difficult to purchase properties and get it done in a relatively quick time frame.We found Tom after three other mortgage brokers told us no bank would approve us for the purchase of a property we wanted to finance. We were told that because we owned our own business and had less than two years worth of financial statements, and because the particular property we were interested in did not meet some of the financing requirements of most banks,obtaining financing for this property would be nearly impossible. The fact that we had excellent credit and more than enough savings to make the purchase did not sway any lenders.Fortunately a real estate broker referred us to Tom. After learning what property we wanted to purchase and some background on our finances and credit, Tom told us he could get us financing. Within a week he had two banks interested in loaning us money at very competitive interest rates. We closed on the property 45 days after we had our initial conversation with Tom. Tom is a broker who does exactly what he promises to do and is always available to answer questions (The guy picks up his phone). Tom promised us he could get the financing we needed and close within a specified time frame. He delivered on both promises. I highly recommend Tom.
