I had the pleasure of working with Thomas for the +2 years I worked as Senior Editorial Manager at The FA. Thomas understands his audience inside out and always puts them at the centre of his activity. He's open to and generates new ideas and is great to collaborate with to achieve mutual objectives. I would work with him again in a heartbeat, he's always willing to help and support others.

I've had the privilege of coaching and supporting Thomas over the past two years and am immensely proud of the marketer and leader he has become. He works hard, striving to deliver best in class campaigns and activity, and has built a high-performing team with a strong work ethic and supportive culture. Thomas is one of those rare people you come across and think, wherever I end up next, whatever I am doing, I want him in my team. The FA are fortunate to have him as he would be an asset in any organisation or environment. He supports other colleagues and adds value in everything he does. There is one negative though - he is a Chelsea fan. Guess we can't all be perfect.

An opportunity to teach was always something I wanted to pursue, so when the chance presented itself to combine it with a move abroad, I was left with an easy decision. In my year in South Korea, I adapted quickly to the new professional and social cultures to establish myself as a valued member of the teaching staff.
