Representative experience includes advising:- The financial investors (Engie, OMV, Shell, Uniper and Wintershall), opposite Gazprom, on the corporate, financing, gas transportation and regulatory arrangements for the EUR 9.5bn Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project. Four years as lead Projects Associate.- ADNOC on an LNG Regasification, Storage and Services Agreement with DUSUP, Dubai.- A leading midstream infrastructure provider on the Charter Agreement for a prospective floating LNG facility in the Eastern Mediterranean.- NEOM, on the Offtake Agreement for its $5 billion green hydrogen / green ammonia export project with ACWA Power and Air Products in Saudi Arabia.- IFM Investors on its acquisition, alongside Vitol, of a 50% equity interest in VTTI BV, a leading global independent provider of hydrocarbons storage capacity.- Nabucco International Gas Pipeline International in relation to the EURO 5 billion, trans-national, Nabucco gas pipeline.- An IOC on multiple aspects of a major upstream oil and gas concession in the CIS region.- CNOOC and Sinopec on various upstream matters, including in Angola, Algeria, Iraq, Iceland, Mozambique, Qatar.- UCC Group in its joint venture with Borealis AG to develop a gas separation unit project and a polyethylene project in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.- Yaatra Africa on the initial development financing of the USD 3bn Albertine Refinery in Uganda.- Clean Energy Group and ENKA on the development and financing of the 433MW Namakhvani hydropower project in Georgia.- Hanwha Q-Cells and Kalyon Energy on the development and financing of the proposed USD 1,000MW solar PV power project in Karapinar, Turkey.- The Egyptian Government, opposite Rosatom, on the construction contract for the USD 60 billion, 4,800MW El Dabaa nuclear power plant in Egypt.
