Aston Mullins is a Stud Farm located in Buckinghashire. The farm is 350acres, with 30 horses (approx) and 300 breeding ewes. My role here was as a stud hand and general farm worker. With the breedingstock my dutys included: - Turning out mares and foals - Mucking out - Handling yearlings - Helping with vet and farrier visits - Travelling for mare covering - Managing and maintaining Grass Paddocks With the Breeding ewes my dutys included - Feeding -Lambing My time here was short lived due to an sustained injury which forced me to leave my position with this employer.
