We developed full DevOps capability within the team, automated all processes and drove frequent update to the stack.   As development leader in IBM PureSystems, I lead a team of engineers from North America, Europe and Asia in developing hardware / software integrated solutions. My main focus is on the PureData System, an integrated solution that provides standardized OLTP data center configurations that enables rapid provisioning, in-depth monitoring, and management capabilities. My broad responsibilities in this role encompass the complete end-to-end product development process, including interfacing with customers and product management team on requirements, working across numerous divisions to define and plan solutions, capital planning, schedule definition, resource sizing, overseeing development and QA, and regular reporting to senior executives.
