  TEACHING EXPERIENCE: I have been teaching Malaysian history and the 20th Century History in the lower secondary from year 7 to year 9, specializing in the depth study of World War One, Germany and the USA, during the time frame of 1920s and 1930s. This allows me to prepare students who wants to take IGCSE in the future to have an advantage of content knowledge, reading and analytical skills, and writing skills, enough to cope with IGCSE standard in year 10 and 11. I've also been teaching Bible Knowledge, Moral Education and PSHE. HOMEROOM EXPERIENCE: Apart from teaching, I have the privilege to be a homeroom teacher for the duration that I have been with this school. This role includes duties of communicating with parents, updating student progress, and other nitty-gritty things related to student affairs and administrations. COVID-19 TASKFORCE EXPERIENCE: I have the opportunity to helm the COVID-19 taskforce to regulate and enforce the SOPs in this school, coordinating and scheduling teachers to oversee student compliance and to enforce safety measures to create a safe bubble for students to study in the school. EVENTS EXPERIENCE: From time to time, I am part of the organizing committee of school events, including the Patriotic Days, Easter Celebration, Christmas Celebration, etc. UNIFORM UNIT EXPERIENCE: I am a Boy's Brigade 2nd Penang Company's teacher advisor. I have led in weekly parades and also been running the Christian Education programme with the students. However, most of the activities where led by student leaders, where I acted as a consultant.
