      MGEC is a 50/50 commercial finance joint venture between Mubadala Development Company and GE Capital Corporation (GECC). It has been an investor of GE Capital originated commercial finance debt investing in middle market senior secured loans. Manage the relationship and enhance the processes outsourced to GE Global Operations Finance. Ensure adequate funds available to pay suppliers. Make certain the accounts payable subledger has accurate delegation of authority. As accounts payable finance approver confirm costs are booked to the correct expense account and cost centre.
